Role Requirements and Responsibilities

**Key responsibilities**
- The marketing manager will be responsible for coordinating all the company’s marketing activities
- Website management and development experience will be an advantage (WordPress)
- Develop and run SEO and PPC campaigns
- Good at writing and creating content such as blogs and case studies (working with an external copywriter)
- Organise and coordinate events such as conferences, webinars, workshops and exhibitions.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service with a focus on ROI
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives (SalesForce/Google analytics)
- Develop content marketing initiatives leveraging industry trends, our brand, and value propositions that drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads and deliver a sales pipeline.
- Communicate with vendors and strategic partners to ensure up-to-date materials and coordinate joint marketing campaigns.
- Run paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn)
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Manage social media channels to enhance brand reach and visibility

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience with ‘Hands-on’ experience
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice
- Solid experience in one or more digital marketing domains: Search, Social, Mobile, Content, eCommerce.
- Experience in managing and delivering B2B & B2C marketing campaigns
- Must have experience of managing teams and agencies to deliver and implement projects
- Technical and creative ability will be a distinct advantage
- Competent user of IT systems & Marketing systems
- Experience in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), Canva and WordPress is a bonus.
- Knowledge of the IT Service Management industry is also beneficial
