**The role**

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of MHA's HR strategy and action plans in line with our organisation's vision, covering all practices relating to employee relations, performance management and restructuring whilst promotingand delivering excellent services.

Experience of leading a HR team, ensuring the delivery of a professional specialist advisory, guidance, and support service, reflecting the organisations values, policies and procedures whilst demonstrating best practice in employment law.
