An opportunity for an Office Junior / Adminstrator to work in a vibrant friendly office.This position would suit a person who has recently left higher education and wants to work in a friendly office environment.

**Role Description**:

- Telephone duties
- Using bespoke computer systems
- Scanning, Archiving and filing documents
- Supporting the Commercialdepartment Buying and Accounts.
- Assisting purchasing and chasing delivery dates
- Liaising with suppliers and sub contract team
- Dealing with customer queries
- Data entry
- Updating and monitoring accurate financial records
- Updating and monitoring accurate vehicle records with the DVLA
- Maintain accurate customer records
- General leasing-related administrative tasks

**Attributes**:

- Competent Microsoft Office Skills
- Polite phone manner
- You will have excellent organisational skills
- Able to work well within a team
- Previous experience is not essential

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
