**AV & Digital Account Director**
**£350 per day outside IR35**
**Hybrid/ London**
Salt have partnered with an advertising agency who are looking for a marketing specialist with strong knowledge with both AV and digital advertising and taking the lead across a number of teams key accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing strategic partnerships with clients and media partners.
- Responsible and accountable for managing client budgets and financial reporting.
- Create and execute integrated, data driven strategies that deliver growth for clients.
- Manage the expectations for internal and external stakeholders for how the campaign is progressing.
**Key Skills**:
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience across both AV and digital marketing.
- An understanding of: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, desirable
- Experience in working with Digital and offline teams to plan integrated campaigns
- Agency experience
- Experience in managing client planning and budgeting across multiple digital channels.
- Leadership experience, through managing senior stakeholders both internal and client side.
