The company:
We are a family run business based in Coventry with a portfolio of professional HMO’s that we manage in-house. We provide high quality housing to working professionals in the east midlands, all managed from our office in Coventry/Nuneaton and we pride ourselves on the high quality of customer service we provide to our tenants.
**Aben** is looking for a proactive organiser to manage and own the admin side of our property viewings, move-ins and maintenance processes. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to help us deliver a seamless customer journey to our tenants.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- General admin
- Advertising rooms across multiple platforms
- Arranging and booking in viewings using our booking system
- Following up with tenants to a decision, offering support and answering queries where needed
- Organising referencing and following our onboarding process
- Supporting tenants with queries
- Organising check ins and check outs
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Providing a supportive and approachable point of contact to our tenants
- Liasing with our finance and marketing teams where applicable
**Experience and qualifactions required**:
- Ability to use, or learn to use, platforms such as Acuity, Spareroom, google Calendar, OpenRent
- Experience working with CRM systems or similar
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in customer service or with clients
- Experience working within the property industry would be a bonus but not necessary
- Ability to see tasks through to completion

This role has flexible hours which you can work around other commitments. We ask that you work half of your hours at least during our business hours and the hours are to be worked across 3 days to provide enough touch points throughout the week for tenants.
