**Person Specification**

You will be passionate about digital marketing, keen to learn and always looking for opportunities for self-improvement. Never one to shy away from a challenge, you will possess a logical approach and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients.

**The main duties**:

- Planning and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Working directly on client campaigns as part of a team.
- Developing abilities to analyse and report on website performance using Google Analytics;
- Learning and keeping up to date with the latest techniques and advances within each channel and the accepted understanding of current best practice methods where appropriate.

**Job Dimensions**:
Reporting to an SEO Team Leader, the Digital Marketing Apprentice (SEO) will work with our team of SEO experts to support our clients’ campaigns.

This is a hybrid role, with two days in our Sheffield office, one day at college and two days working remotely.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Good and improving knowledge of digital marketing;
- Basic analytical capabilities;
- An awareness of how to monitor and measure digital marketing channels;
- Basic and improving knowledge of WordPress or similar;
- Basic and improving knowledge of Google Analytics;
- Good and improving Excel/Google Sheets skills;
- High degree of written proficiency;
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple projects;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- A willingness and ability to learn quickly;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Must be a UK resident or work permit holder;
- A-C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English.
