Velocity Academy have an exciting new opportunity for a digital marketing apprentice with business data prospects based in Sheffield. You will be working as part of a small team and in addition to managing social media channels and websites. You will monitor and track campaign results, provide support to the team and all other admin tasks and answer incoming calls.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**

You will be working as part of a small team and in addition to managing social media channels and websites, you will produce a variety of reports and work closely with the managers responsible for both Adwords and SEO which will enable you to gain experience in these areas too.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

- Research and create engaging content for publication
- Organising and producing reports
- Updating social media channels
- Marketing on blogs and written content
- Analysing activities on Adwords and SEO
- Updating a variety of websites and adding regular content
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Developing a 7-point marketing plan for marketing to previous customers
- Monitor and track campaign results
- Provide support to the team and all other admin tasks
- Answer incoming calls / reception duties
- Gather and format data
- Data storage managemen
- Utilise problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues
- Sending out marketing letters
- Digital marketing on blogs and social media
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of stationary
- Produce management reports
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Provide support to the sales team
- Update the CRM and chase paperwork from new clients
- Other admin tasks

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard:
Knowledge Module 1: Principles of Coding (for level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship).

Knowledge Module 2: Marketing Principles (for Level 3 Digital Marketer).

Knowledge Module 3: Digital Marketing Business Principle (for level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship).
- You will receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
- Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required.
