Our client is a leading provider of vehicle reallocation, storage and refurbishment services. When business requirements change, so do those of the vehicle fleet. Our client has spent years helping countless businesses control vehicle costs and ensure the safety of drivers by assisting with the re-homing, refurbishment and new user acceptance of fleet vehicles.

To provide excellent Customer Service and Support to our Customers and their Drivers regarding the reallocation of their vehicles. The position will demand an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and enthusiasm to learn with exceptional organisation and communication skills. Working in a busy team, the role is ultimately to deal with customers’ queries and support the stakeholders as effectively as possible.
- Dealing directly with Customers and Drivers Assessing the requirement and ensuring customer Excellence
- Ensuring the smooth progression of vehicles through our processes
- Arranging Vehicle Deliveries, Movements and Logistics
- Attending Review meetings with Customers and Suppliers
- Manage ad hoc customers’ requests.
- Update In house Systems on All matters connected to the vehicle Fleet with detailed notes.
- Producing Reports etc..
- To resolve any queries or issues regarding Fleet in a timely and effective manner consulting with the relevant departments as necessary
- Answer general phone calls into Customer Support and redirect where necessary.
- Support other team members within the general admin team when required.
