Dunbar are looking for an Apprentice Compliance Administrator to join the team ASAP. In this crucial role you will be supporting the team of consultants ensuring that all of the teachers and support staff have the required compliance checks to start in their roles.

As well as being an all-round superstar, the most important thing for this role is your eye for detail. When it comes to supporting schools with their recruitment, safeguarding is the single most important thing Dunbar does

**The Person**

To be successful in this role you will be outgoing and personable, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will need to have a meticulous eye for detail and accept nothing except perfection.

You will need to be a problem solver and be able to work independently to get tasks done.

Dunbar are looking for someone who has excellent oral and written communication skills. You will need to be confident using all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

**Compliance duties**:

- Ensuring that our compliance procedure is adhered to at all time
- Checking documentation for placed and registered applicants
- Requesting references
- Producing compliance reports
