**Shift Pattern**: Day Shift
**Hours**: 07.00 to 16.00 or 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays,
with designated breaks

**Opportunity Summary**:
**Role Accountabilities**:
CNC Programming/ CADs using Siemens NX Unigraphics Version 12
Produce 3 and 5 axis CNC programs and set up CNC Milling machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures
Carry out the measurement and inspection of components
Manufacture Jigs and Fixtures to enable development of first time run/components
Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives by improving efficiency wherever possible

**Person Specification**:
Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards
Preferably 3 years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience required in NX Unigraphics version 12 or similar 3D CAD/ CAM design
Previous experience in both Milling and Turning, although a bias towards Milling is preferential
Previous experience in Heidenhain conversational programming
Must have a keen eye for detail
Must have the capability and experience to adopt a hands-on approach with both machine and team interaction
Capable of converting drawings/models into development and production running parts
An understanding and alignment to our Bromford values; Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence
Is self-driven with a positive outlook
