Philanthropy Executive

**We have an exciting opportunity for a Philanthropy Executive to join our Development team. This role is a based in our Head Office site in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.**

Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complexmedical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.

You will work with the Director of Philanthropy to proactively research, cultivate and steward a range of donor and supporter relationships. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing projects and small campaigns, developing networks,leading on targeted social media and organising fundraising events. It's a varied role offering the opportunity to work as a key part of a small but highly ambitious philanthropy team.
- **Job Type**: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working model, expected 2 days per week in office.

**Key Duties**
- Support the overall delivery of the Philanthropy strategy and fundraising campaigns.
- Work with the Head of Client Relations to deliver the Health Concierge and VIP service
- Working with colleagues to identity and research prospective donors.
- Support the delivery of tailored proposal and plans for potential supporters
- Lead the social media / marketing plan for philanthropy
- Deliver key fundraising events with the wider team
- Work with staff across The London Clinic on fundraising initiatives, and build relationships with key staff members
- Manage administration and CRM database
- Lead on community charity partnerships

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of building and managing relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous fundraising or sales business development experience essential, ideally in a healthcare or not for profit environment
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Event management and delivery
- Adaptable skills in research development
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Entrepreneurial and creative, can do attitude.
