**The successful Finance Administrator will be required to:

- **
- Accurately process high volumes of purchase ledger invoices and credit notes.
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete financial records.
- Work to tight deadlines.
- Reconcile of supplier accounts.
- Resolve statement differences with suppliers.
- Raise pro-forma invoices for customers who are not on Debtors Ledger.
- Resolve invoice queries.

**The Finance Administrator will have:

- **
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- An ability to process high volumes of invoices accurately.
- Experience in a purchase ledger environment (desirable not essential).
- Good time management ability.
- Strong IT skills
- to include Microsoft Excel and accounting/purchase ledger software.
- Methodical approach.
- Ability to work using own initiative and under supervision.
- A desire to work as part of a team, building strong internal relationships.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
