Enhance Social Care was established to change the way social care is provided for people with autism. An inclusive model of support in which all people have the right to the same opportunities to live within their community. We provide transition services for young people between 16-30 via a specialist supported tenancy and across the community in peoples own home.

Ideally you will have a level 3 Diploma in Social Care, Autism or PBS but if not we we will train you to achieve this professional qualification. - _**What do we do? **_We provide inclusive, innovative, and responsive 24 hour wrap around support for people with autism between 13-30._
- _**How do we do this in Manchester? **_We have 3 specialist assessment beds in Withington and provide wrap around outreach support in peoples own homes across Manchester._
- _**What do our Community Support Workers do? **_Based at our 24 hour specialist supported living project you will work with your manager to lead a small team of support workers on site and off site in the community._
- _**What hour will I work? **_You will work alongside your team over a 24 hour rota that will include sleeps._
- _**Do I need my own car? **_Having your own car is a benefit bot not essential but you will need a valid UK driving license as you may be supporting people using their vehicle._
- _**Will I work in the community? **_Yes - the great thing about this role is that you will also support people from their own home in the community._
- _**What activities will I do? **_We do everything a person wants to do - aside form the normal stuff you could be hiking, going to the Gym or supporting the person to access education or a work placement._
- Core pay is £24,500 to £26,000 plus sleepover payments and overtime - average pay £28.5k. Many opportunities to advancement._
- The team at Enhance has established multiple care organisations in which Support Workers have become Managers, Directors & Shareholders._
- This post is exempt from the equality act as the team is supporting young men with personal care and specific identity and mental health support._
