Overview Support Worker role at Creative Support £12.85 per hour Manchester, Greater Manchester Full-Time Key Responsibilities Provide support to people in a recovery focused environment, promoting independence, enabling them to reach their full potential through education and training. Demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support. Work within a positive behaviour support framework. Accept responsibility and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. Follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos. Receive supervision throughout the probationary process to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed. Act as a Key Worker supporting people to achieve their dreams and ambitions. Qualifications and Skills Ability to follow agreed guidelines and to work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos. Positive communication and engagement skills, and demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support. Maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework.
