Whilst you'll be coming to us as an experienced paraplanner with knowledge of specialist research and cashflow software, this is a chance to learn from some of the best in the industry and take your level of skills, knowledge and career to new heights.
Working in our central paraplanning team and supporting the Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet their client needs and objectives, duties will include:
- Suitability report writing - ISAs, GIAs, pensions, protection and top ups.
- Completing more technical work such as estate planning, DC pension transfers, SSAS, group protection and pension switches.
- Carrying out complex calculations for carry forward, chargeable events/bond withdrawals, CGT and ISA allowances.
- Assisting with technical queries.
- Using FE Analytics for the research process.
- Analysing client data and preparing cash flow analyses.
- Putting together review packs and reviewing LOAs.
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets.
- Assisting the Financial Planners with client presentations and any other activities as agreed.
- Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties.
- Promoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communities.

**Essential Skills**:
- At least two years paraplanning experience (consideration will be given to applicants with less experience who are exceptional).
- CII Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent people skills.
- Be confident and good at building and maintaining relationships.
- Be able to communicate solutions to often complex issues.
- Be highly organised and be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Punctual with a good telephone manner.
- Experience of using Intelligent Office, VoyantGo and FE Analytics desired.
