Are you working in a Client or Customer facing projects team and looking for a new challenge as a Client Relationship Coordinator? Are you confident in working on multiple projects coordinating resources, timing and technical expertise to support a Clientor Project Manager? Are you able control technical resource and project flow to achieve project delivery and customer satisfaction?
Kingscroft has been engaged to recruit for a Client Relationship Specialist for an Energy Consultancy providing technical, commercial and compliance led advice on alternative energy schemes. As part as drive to achieve maximum client satisfaction and projectsuccess this newly created role will help coordinate the technical resources across project teams to give the client the best possible service. The role will concentrate on a core set of key clients with significant technical and commercial requirements.
As the ideal person you may have some knowledge in the Energy Sector and be able to quickly adapt to our clients business and project delivery model. You will need to be client facing and skilled in dealing with internal teams, managing resources, controllingtimings and progress and ensuring that results are delivered to client expectations. Information and communication are central to the role.

The role will involve:

- Client relationship management building long term relationships with key clients
- Project management and communication creating project plans and monitoring progress
- Resource planning and reporting Liaising with delivery teams to ensure resource is allocated appropriately
- Quality assurance identifying opportunities for process improvements

Typical projects would involve alternative energy creation schemes such Biomass Boilers, Combined Heat Power, Solar, Anaerobic Digestion or wind generation schemes. Involvement would be technical, commercial, compliance and legislative advice in a variety ofscale and environments with different internal teams managing the various elements. Clients often have significant energy generation facilities with the ongoing commercial management and expansion of the capacity always under review.
