Here at Airship Interactive, we are always trying to push the quality bar We’re on the lookout for a talented and confident Senior Producer to join our established, successful, yet growing Co-Development and Work For Hire studio. The Senior Producer role would be working on a range of games from Indie to AAA.

You’d be responsible for ensuring the development team is working together towards shipping the game on time, to budget and to the AAA quality bar that has been set. This role would see you working with all aspects of the studio, reporting to the Head of Production and liaising with external stakeholders.

You’d be using things like Jira, Excel and other tools - but the key to this is the uplifting, collaborative and supportive communication style that you bring.

**Essential**
- Someone who’s recently held a Producer role within a games studio
- A diverse background of projects, AAA or Indie, Mobile or Console. A mix would be great
- Collaborative and confident communication style
- You’ve worked as a Producer to bring game projects to completion
- Strong resource management skills
- A genuine passion for games
- +3 years of experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Clear written & verbal communication
- A team player with a great problem-solving attitude

**Responsibilities**
- Providing supportive leadership allowing other members of the team to develop in line with their own goals and providing guidance and management when needed.
- Being able to solve challenging problems as they arise
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including artists, external partners and freelancers
- Coordinating and inputting into the production process from start to finish
- Keeping projects on track through internal systems
- Providing a proactive approach communicate on project process, issues and resolutions to manage expectations
