We are looking to recruit for an experienced Electronic Engineer in Bridgend.

**Duties**:
Responsible for the integration of new components, defining the correct interface methods and wiring.

Creating 2D drawings

Prototype & PCB assembly.

Support senior engineers with electronic circuit development & testing

Support shop floor assembly work

With mínimal or no assistance perform test procedures in compliance with established test processes.

Identify and resolve technical problems within the area of technical expertise.

Communicate the status of the current project to appropriate members of the team to ensure the needs of the clients will be met.

Work as a team member within the group but may work autonomously much of the time.

Key Skills:
Ability to read engineering drawings and electronic circuit diagrams.

Working knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software.

Knowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuits

Have good communication skills orally and in writing.

Hand soldering through hole & surface mount IC's.

Ability to work well with others.

Good communication skills

Qualification: Apprenticeship and/or Technician Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and/or experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
