**Cotteswold Dairy** are now looking for an efficient **HR Administrator**to join our Human Resources team based in **Tewkesbury**. You will be working on a **full-time, permanentbasis** (40 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £22,256 per annum plus benefits.**

**The HR Administrator role**:
As the HR Administrator, you will assist in the delivery of an effective HR service, assisting with recruitment and ensuring the provision of responsive administration activities. The HR Administrator is the first point for contact within HR and is responsiblefor responding to first line quires, referring more complex matters to the HR Advisor and HR Manager.

**What will you be doing as our HR Administrator**:

- Be responsible for producing and distributing starter paperwork;
- Work closely with the Payroll Department, ensuring appropriate paperwork is shared in a timely manner, maintaining a positive and professional relationship between the departments;
- Regularly communicating with the HR Team regarding recruitment;
- Providing administrative support in relation to all HR activities;
- Answering first line queries;
- Work with the HR Team to ensure the HR database is maintained and produce reports, to ensure personnel information is kept updated;
- Take responsibility for administration relating to audits, sending letters to employees and document the return of information;
- Maximise the use of the system (currently Kelio) for HR purposes;
- Support the L&D coordinator with administrative and ad hoc tasks as required;
- Work closely with Marketing to promote and generate materials for Jobs Fairs and Social Media;
- Assist Marketing with the Company’s Facebook page, ensure that appropriate vacancies maintain visibility and consider ways of maximising this medium for promoting the employer brand and roles within the Company;
- Represent Cotteswold Dairy at identified events, including work with local schools and Jobs Fairs as required;
- Promoting and administering employee benefits;
- Taking minutes of meetings as required;
- Understand and comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy Statement.

**Skills and attributes, we’re looking for in our HR Administrator**:
**Essential**:

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels (including senior managers);
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines;
- A self-starter with the ability to use own initiative and adopt a pro-active approach;
- Competent with Word and Excel packages;
- The ability to work as part of a team, sharing ideas and clear communication;
- Committed to providing excellent customer service;
- Driven and committed to own personal development.

**Desirable**:

- A CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice (formerly Certificate in Personnel Practice) or demonstrable HR experience, with the primary responsibility for recruitment and administration;
- Possess up-to-date Employment Law knowledge.
