**About the Role**

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven **Construction Recruitment Consultant.**You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified construction professionals across a range of roles including site operatives and tradespeople. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Construction Industry
- Strong understanding of construction roles, site requirements, and qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Driven, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in construction or technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and right-to-work checks.
