We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in the Nursing and Care Division. We are currently going through an exciting period of growth, as a result there is a position for a healthcare specific recruitment consultant to join the business on a new start-up desk for nursing and care.

Based in Wolverhampton town centre, you’ll be joining a dynamic, market leading, health care agency, operating across multiple healthcare sectors. Supported by the current team you will be responsible for developing and growing the healthcare desk within the business. This is a challenging role which will require hard work and dedication, but with that comes high rewards and career development opportunities.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Developing relationships with current clients
- Selling the service and developing business with new clients
- Retention of care staff
- Working towards sales targets
- Maintaining compliance levels

**You will have the following skills and abilities to enable you to succeed in the role**:

- Healthcare recruitment agency experience - ESSENTIAL
- B2B Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Good Telephone manner
- Commercially Astute
- Influential
- Confident, Outgoing, Self-motivated and Enthusiastic

**What can I earn?**

This Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive basic salary of £30,000 per annum (DOE).
