Our prestigious client in Cardiff are looking to recruit a Project Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a highly experienced and diverse Project delivery team, where you will support the administration of the department to ensure that accurate processes are carried out and recorded in a timely manner, ensuring excellent communication withinternal and external customers and suppliers is maintained at all times.

The Role:

- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client information.
- Interact with internal colleagues, clients, suppliers and visitors ensuring a first-class service.
- Support the Compliance Manager on the raising and closing of project delivery requests.
- Prepare and collate all documentation for the monthly payroll of all on site staff.
- Provide support in maintaining supplier profiles and the associated documentation.
- Attend team/supplier meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions.
- Oversee subcontractor pre-qualification management system and be a point of contact for internal contract managers and sub-contractors.
- Produce, coordinate, and proactively maintain Health and Safety planner to ensure routine tasks are completed within required timescales.
- Assist in the co-ordination and minuting of Health and Safety meetings.
- Support in ensuring all new starter Health & Safety inductions are completed.
- Document Management of all Health & Safety documentation via online portal.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures in regards to payment of suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

- Effective administrative and planning skills.
- Data skills, able to work in a detailed way and to analyse data.
- Problem solving skills and abilities to maximise efficiency.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and to be proactive in finding business improvements.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Good level of education.
- Experience in using Microsoft software packages and bespoke systems.
- Experience in administering databases.
