**About Benk&Bo**
Benk&Bo is a three floor space situated in a Brutalist estate in the City of London. It is a social enterprise and seeks to bring an accessible, creative and community orientated dimension to London living. Encompassing a range of different projects from food to furniture, book clubs to talks, Benk&Bo encourages the building of tangible community, skills and connections.

On the ground floor we have a cafe serving specialist coffee, house made veg-lead food and baked goods plus a lounge area. Our lower ground floor is home to our open access workspace complete with a selection of books from The Barbican design, art and architecture library. At evenings and weekends our space is transformed into a private and public event space hosting anything from panel talks and art exhibitions to supper clubs and life drawing. Our first floor space is currently being transformed into a craft workshop / studio that will play host a range of public classes hosted by professional makers.

**About The Role**

**Digital / Content**
- Creating press releases and planning promotional material - Promoting the variety of different offerings, events and promotions through targeted press releases and complimentary promotional strategies.

**Partnerships**
- Working on developing in-house events concepts, partnerships and sponsors.
- Organising and overseeing the creation of promotional material for partnership events.
- Managing and updating our events calendar and listings on our website - From in house events to listings on partnered platforms.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who is enthusiastic and personable, a great communicator both face-to-face and in written form.
- Previous experience with creating and curating creative food content is essential.
- Organised, methodical and natural problem solver, comfortable with working independently and thinking on the go.
- Very computer literate - ideally with experience using SquareSpace
- Previous experience in a food / hospitality or events environment preferred. Experience in a client facing role is essential.
- Someone who understands and embraces the core values of Benk&Bo and is confident in communicating these to our customers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £100.00 per day
