Our customer network is vast and diverse and we are looking for an experienced **Fleet Administrator** with the passion and ambition to join our well-respected Company at our Head Office in Fenton, Stoke on Trent. **Customer Service is Paramount to our Business. **We are therefore looking for applicants with an understanding in mechanical & electrical engineering and a positive attitude, wanting to develop relationships with our customer base and able to deliver an excellent customer journey **Role **:The Fleet Administrator will report directly to the Company’s Fleet Manager,. They will be responsible for supporting the Manager with specific tasks within the department, in addition to maintaining and reporting on analytics. Your main duty will be to support the Fleet manager by conducting monthly audits of our telematics system, vehicle check reports, fuel consumption and provide any additional support when required. In addition, you will be required to challenge, investigate, and ensure fleet vehicles are maintained to a high standard, and ensure compliance is met at all times. **Main Duties Include**: - Auditing weekly / monthly vehicle checklist reports. - Maintaining our telematics systems, and ensuring these remain up to date and compliant at all times. - Booking in Servicing and MOT visits. - Booking in vehicle repairs, and arrangement of replacement vehicles. - Supporting our fleet users with vehicle accident reporting and claims. - Supporting with vehicle purchases, safety enhancements and signages. - Supporting with Parking Apps, and account maintenance of our systems to ensure smooth parking is achieved across the fleet. - Investigating fleet fines, from parking to speeding offences. - Reporting to HSE & Quality Management, reports with driver scores, driving behaviours and patterns to ensure safety and best practice measures are met. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTION** Drive "best practices" in all aspects of the role, so to ensure overall compliance is achieved and reported for data capture and training. **PREFERRED SKILLS** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills a m - Keen eye and attention to detail - Fraud and RISK aware. **ESSENTIAL** - 1 year office admin experience - GCSE Level C / 5 or above. - Excellent understanding of Microsoft EXCEL and Office experience.
