Communication** Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Positive working relationships, teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
- ** Organisation** You will need to be confident and organised in general office duties, minute taking and handling student records.
- ** Attentive** No two tasks are the same, so being attentive to greet all visitors, answering telephone calls, booking in appointments, as well as scheduling reviews with other professions.
