Working predominantly with EMEA hyperscale customers, and also providing credit control & AR support for Enterprise business area

**Tasks**:

- Invoicing customers for rent, power and ad-hoc using Yardi & Sage
- Ensure hyperscale lease price escalators are implemented when due
- Prepare power reports on monthly basis for issue to customer
- Ensuring correct PO’s used and monitoring open value remaining
- Uploading invoices to customer portals
- Maintaining billing register
- Chase overdue debt - soft touch calling, generally invs not paid because of queries
- Query resolution
- Monitor cash receipts to minimize overdues
- Prepare & Participate in monthly debtor reviews
- Monitor & Action items received in AR Inboxes

Person specifications:

- Good all round AR/Credit Control experience
- Experience dealing with large corporates preferable
- Able to work with minimum supervision and use initiative to seek resolutions to queries
- Strong relationship building and excellent communication skills, confident communicating with senior management both internally and externally
- Mentoring other team members
- Confident in challenging the status quo where things may be wrong or where we could do things better
- Strong attention to detail, comfortable in an environment that is very detail driven
- Comfortable in a fast moving environment & open to change
