Gohire Group is seeking a **Customer Service Lead** to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced **Plant & Tool Hire** business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our ongoing growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the customer service team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate equipment hires and returns
- Monitor service metrics and suggest improvements
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety procedures
- Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of general Health & Safety practices

This role will predominantly be based at our Head office on Chamberlain Road Hull, however you may be required to cover at other depots around the area if required.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
