Riverside have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant based in Hull, working part time, on a permanent basis.

You will earn £12,745.55 per annum. Your working pattern will be based on a three week rolling rota.

Week 1 - You will work 3 x shifts, Week 2 - 4 x shifts, Week 3 - 5 shifts including the weekend. Shifts are a mix of early (9-2.30PM) and late (2.30-8PM) and weekends are 9-5pm. This includes Bank holidays and an opportunity to work overtime at Cecil Gardens and our other two extra care sites.
**What will you do?**

To work as part of a team to deliver a wide range of functions such as allocations, administrative support including lettings, repair logging and complaints and provide front line reception service to customers.
**Day to day**

Your usual responsibilities as a Customer Service Assistant will include:
Administration of the letting system in line with the Riverside Group policies and procedures.
Assisting with customer enquiries which may include attending to visitors or telephone services.
Provide administrative and clerical support including reception, void and lettings services.
To participate and contribute to Customer Focused Service Reviews as required and to promote a culture of ‘customer care’ and Continuous improvement.

**Does this describe you?**
You’ll be experienced in the delivery of administrative services and able to demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Although not essential by any means, an NVQ or equivalent would be an advantage. Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence would also be desirable.
