**The Role**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sports Coach to join our team. In this role, you will deliver a variety of coaching sessions, including group activities, one-to-one training, team coaching, and school sports provision. Your work will have a significant impact on the personal and athletic development of participants across a range of ages and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging group coaching sessions tailored to participants’ needs.
- Provide focused, one-to-one coaching to help individuals develop specific skills.
- Lead team training sessions, fostering collaboration and competitive excellence.
- Deliver high-quality sports provision in schools, aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Build positive relationships with participants, parents, and schools to ensure a supportive and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain and prepare sports equipment, ensuring a safe and professional environment.

**About You**
- A relevant coaching qualification (e.g., Level 1 Coaching Certificate or equivalent).
- Experience coaching in group settings, team environments, and schools.
- A passion for sports and developing individuals’ potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Desirable but not essential:_
- First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.
- Experience in multi-sport coaching or specialization in a particular sport.
