**Field Service Specialist**
**Stoneleigh (Warwickshire)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct technical support to the Dealer network in the UK/ROI and will provide a high level of technical support and assistance to speedily and effectively resolve service issues and parts technical cases.
- The majority of service and parts technical cases will be dealt with by telephone and electronic communication, with field visits when necessary.
- Collate and quantify market field service issues and liaise with EAME technical teams for source plant technical / engineering team resolution
- Provide Service Training to Dealer staff on tractor products at both AGCO and Dealer locations when required.
- Attend factory training and product updates as required.
- Respond to dealers Tech Connect cases through Salesforce Service Cloud
- Respond to dealer telephone calls through One Number
- Maintain a Technical Knowledge through training, technical updates and self-learning.
- Attend Service Review Meetings as required
- Deliver technical updates to the dealer network
- Carry out customer and dealer visits as required
- Support internal staff with technical information and assistance
- Attend events as required.
**Qualifications or Experience**:

- Well-developed technical knowledge is essential
- Demonstrate a good understanding of agricultural techniques and machine operation
- Good level of PC skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good interpersonal skills
- An aptitude for problem solving
- Be commercially aware
- Fluent English speaker.
