In this role, you will support the development and drive the execution of product marketing strategies for Twink’s solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives. You will execute campaigns and initiatives across Web & App marketing placements, drive seamless customer experiences, and optimise marketing performance across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends. This knowledge informs product positioning and messaging. - Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of digital and physical products, driving awareness, adoption, and user growth across global markets. - Support managing the product lifecycle through continuous marketing initiatives across the customer journey and funnel to increase product adoption. - Develop detailed customer journey maps and effectively identify touchpoints and strategies for campaigns and ongoing initiatives. - Set the stage for successful product launches by conducting thorough market research, crafting compelling messaging, and developing engaging content for various channels. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales. - Implement campaigns across web, app and CRM touchpoints, always driving a seamless customer experience while maximising performance and effectiveness. - Optimise web & app marketing placements performance. - Become a core user of our CMS system and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies. - Liaise with the relevant teams to develop compelling marketing materials like landing pages, blog posts, podcasts, video tutorials to educate and excite potential customers. - Be the voice of the product within the company, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand its features and benefits thoroughly. - Track campaign performance through data analysis, using insights to optimise messaging, identify new marketing opportunities, and ensure maximum ROI. Requirement: - Proven experience in product marketing. - Background in developing and executing product marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise messaging. - Data-driven approach with a knack for interpreting marketing analytics. - Excellent project management and organisational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
