Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking experienced Health Care Assistants who want the variety offered by working for an agency and the security of a permanent contract, to join our team

When working as a Health Care Assistant for Superior Healthcare, you will choose to work 3 set days or nights each week, or a rolling rota of 3 on 3 off - working in more than 100 care settings including nursing and residential care homes as well as the option of working in supported living houses and learning disability placements in **Canterbury** and within a short distance of your home.

As a member of our team, you will be able to pick up overtime from a vast number of early, late and long day shifts as well as waking and sleeping nights. **We currently have opportunities for more than 80 people to join our team**
- A guarantee of work every week with overtime available every week
- Choose to work a set 3 days per week (including a weekend day) or a rota of 3 on 3 off
- Travel expenses paid in line with the company travel policy

Superior Healthcare will provide a comprehensive induction when you join us and ongoing training opportunities throughout your employment. You will be offered the opportunity of a fully-funded NVQ/Diploma to support you on your way to becoming a Senior Carer.

**Requirements**:

- You must have 6 months previous paid experience of working as a carer or support worker.
- You must be able to commit at least three shifts per week.
- Access to your own car is essential for this role.
