- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Supervise and guide junior staff or volunteers within the care home environment.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes in condition to senior staff.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents through engaging activities and companionship.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the care home.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with residents and their families.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and mentor junior staff effectively.
- Experience or knowledge in developing and implementing care plans for seniors.
- Proficiency in IT systems for maintaining records and documentation.
- A genuine drive to provide compassionate care in a senior living environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £12.50-£12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
