**Job Summary**
The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations within the organisation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who possesses strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support, data entry, and maintaining effective communication across various departments.

This role is office based at our HQ in Widnes with working hours 09:00-17:00 (Mon - Friday).

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team.
- Performing data entry tasks, updating data and documentation in line with client policies and current GDPR regulations
- Assisting senior staff with large projects and other work when required.
- Liaising with existing clients, managing projects and packages to ensure that every service need is met, that all daily tasks are completed within agreed upon timescales, and that all service level agreements with clients are honored.
- Dealing with engineers on a daily basis and supporting and arranging parts as required.
- Ensuring all jobs are booked in with the customer and sent out to the engineers every day.
- Filing and document organisation.
- Raising Purchase Orders when required
- Processing documentation accurately
- Utilise Clik CRM system.
- Coordinate hotel stays and training.
- Support clerical duties as required to facilitate smooth operations within the office.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in computerised systems, including Clik and/or Big Change and Office.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry capabilities with a focus on accuracy.
- Effective phone etiquette to manage communications professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solver
- Previous experience in a coordinator role is essential.

Pay: £25,244.00-£25,933.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
