- To assist with the successful delivery of first class sales and customer service in line with the style and ethos of Roxy Bars & Leisure/GQ Pubs
- To adhere at all times to health and safety, licensing regulations
- To comply with the Company’s policies and general operational standards and procedures at all times (e.g. Licensing Laws, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene etc.)
- To be vigilant at all times and know the lines of communication and emergency procedures, taking appropriate action to ensure personal safety and security as well as that of customers and colleagues.
- To undertake appropriate training and professional development as determined by your managers.
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required for an efficient front of house operation.
- To provide a highly visible, proactive supervisory presence, greeting and engaging with customers.
- To facilitate effective communication within the team and play a leading role in the induction, training and development of staff, including monthly one-on-one meetings with team members.
- To confidently and proactively offer advice to customers regarding all products and to ensure that staff are fully briefed.
- To carry out as requested by your Manager, adequate stock for service by efficient ordering and rotation. To check all stock deliveries, items issued to other departments and account for current stock held.
- To report any issues with equipment, fixtures and fittings and take steps to ensure any issues are managed.
- To perform all logístical and administrative duties necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the area of supervision.
- To be responsible for professional cash handling within area of supervision and to monitor and analyze sales, reconciling stock and takings reporting to your manager when required.
- To be vigilant at all times, with an awareness of and focus on the safety, comfort and security of customers and staff, and to take any appropriate action.
- To report any issues with food, service and presentation and ensure these are addressed sensibly.
- Ensure the team has a thorough and up to date product and service knowledge in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Responsible for ensuring that all complaints are escalated professionally and in line with company procedures

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
