**What Your Day Will Look Like**:
As a **Team Leader**, you’ll be responsible for guiding and inspiring a team of passionate fundraisers. You'll lead by example, ensuring your team achieves their fundraising targets while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere. Here's what you can expect:

- **Leading a Team**: You'll direct a group of fundraisers, helping them refine their skills and encouraging them to excel at engaging with potential donors.
- **Inspiring Conversations**: You'll work alongside your team in **private venues or door-to-door** settings, engaging with people face-to-face and inspiring them to contribute regularly to high-impact charities like **Centrepoint, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, and Prostate Cancer UK**.
- **Coaching & Mentoring**: You'll help your team members develop their communication and relationship-building skills, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
- **Achieving Targets**: You’ll support your team in hitting their daily and weekly goals, ensuring everyone stays motivated and on track while driving meaningful contributions.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experienced Fundraisers & Team Leaders**—you’ve been in fundraising or a similar role and are ready to lead a team to even greater success.
- **Proven Leadership Skills**—you’ve led teams before, and you know how to inspire, motivate, and bring out the best in others.
- **Confident & Communicative**—you’re skilled at building rapport with both your team and potential donors.
- **Passionate & Resilient**—you have a genuine desire to make a difference and are ready to take on challenges with a positive mindset.
- **Target-Driven**—you have experience working towards goals and are motivated by achieving results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.50-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
