This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a recruiter you will be responsible for; the end-to-end vacancy management, working as part of a team dedicated to creating engaging Recruitment experiences, managing and supporting corporate recruitment activity for defined business units and locations across the Sainsbury’s brands, this will include vacancy briefings, agreement of attraction strategy, sourcing, screening through to offer management.
**More About the Role**:
- Responsible for ensuring all advertised vacancies have the correct job descriptions and/or adverts, as well as any additional media (LinkedIn, job boards) to ensure we build suitable and diverse talent pools
- Partner within hiring managers to ensure a compliant, positive experience
- Role model collaborative working across the team and be a source of recruitment knowledge
**What you Need to Know & Show**
- Experienced recruitment professional, ideally with demonstrable knowledge of recruiting within head office functions
- Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies
- Good judgement and collaboration skills
- A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches
- A self
- motivator, who can work at pace and thrives in a fast-moving environment
- The ability to communicate confidently and clearly at all levels
- Ability to produce analyse and interpret data, identify opportunities and using data to inform decisions
