PwC Lead Consultant

The aim of the role is to provide full service for specific products or services. The PwC Lead consultant will lead customer consultants within the PwC team servicing one or more customers to maximise revenue and maintain excellent customer relationships. They will also provide expert enhanced knowledge, guidance and service to valued customers in an efficient and timely manner to ensure service level agreements are met.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing travel requirements (accommodation, travel, venue find and events) for our valued customers, always providing practical and expert advice
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations via multiple contact channels
- React to and proactively contact customers in relation to sudden changes relating to travel plans and provide suitable alternatives
- Match appropriate products to our customers individual and unique requests
- Deliver customer service excellence through accuracy and quality
- Ensure best value fares and rates are offered and identified in line with specific customer needs and their relevant travel policies
- To be aware of team targets and overall team performance against targets
- Be actively aware of commission rates, securing and negotiating these where applicable for benefit of both customer and CTE
- Maximise supplier income by actively promoting and selling through our agreed preferred partners
- Always exceed customer expectations
- Promote a professional image to all customers and suppliers during all forms of communication and interactions
- Promote and attend customer and supplier engagement days, including required customer QBRs
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure communication channels are affective and supported

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum of two GCSEs grade A - C in English and Math’s - or equivalent qualification
- Data inputting skills
- Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
- Experience of working within the travel industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sound geographical knowledge
- Experience of working to agreed targets
- Strong organisational skills
- Good problem-solving skills and result orientated
- Experience of selling additional services to customers
