Are you organised, detail-driven and great at keeping projects on track? Join Balfour Beatty as a Document Controller / Site Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our project delivery teams.
**What you'll be doing** In this hybrid role, you’ll**:

- Manage and control project documentation from design through to completion.
- Keep our site teams, designers, and subcontractors connected with the right information at the right time.
- Support day-to-day site administration, including inductions, access systems and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency across document systems.

- Experience in document control (construction or engineering preferred).
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of document management systems.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a “can do” attitude.
