Property Viewer

We’re looking for someone:

- With a proven track record of carrying out property viewings or inspections, ideally within the estate or letting agency or construction industry.
- Demonstrates time-management and organisational skills
- Is coachable and willing to learn and grow
- Shows dependability and reliability.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic sales experience (although a warm & friendly personality is much more important)

Property Result is a family-run property investment firm with more than 45 years combined experience. We help local homeowners and buyers delivering a tailor made solution. Our company has helped hundreds of homebuyers and sellers in the North East over the past 10 years and we strive to help even more.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct property viewings completing image and video recordings
- Complete post viewing reports and assessments, highlighting property features.
- Coordinate and schedule viewings with potential clients and third party surveyors, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Accompany third-party surveyors to property viewings
- Courier and manage key drop-offs

**Job Requirements**
- Having a full driving licence and owning a car is mandatory, for which you will receive an allowance to cover the use of your vehicle and fuel.
- Be Computer Literate
- Have proper phone etiquette - We respect our clients and represent our team in our conversations

- Professionalism (punctuality, appearance)
- Competent in spelling and grammar

**Additional Information**:

- Full training will be provided.
- The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate property viewings.

Due to the nature of this role, there are no set working hours and hours/days may vary according to business needs. You will be expected to manage your own time effectively, this will include doing administration at home, in the office and driving to houses for viewings as may be needed.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week

- property-related: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
