We are a small Independent Estate Agency based in Sunderland and are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual with excellent communication skills to join our existing team on a part time, flexible basis within our Sunderland Branch.
- Accompany clients around both sales and rental properties.
- Promoting the benefits of the property.
- Providing feedback to office staff.
- Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental properties
- Flexibility required to meet the demands of the business.
- **Driving Licence and own car is essential**

£9.50 per hour plus mileage expenses paid.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
