**Product Owner**

**Permanent, remote working**

As a **Product Owner** here at Netcall, your job is to know our Liberty Create platform inside-out, working with customers to deliver a solution to solve specific issues with their workflow.

Starting with the Discovery Phase, you’ll excel at requirement capture; you’ll ask the right questions to gather information, ensuring a suitable solution is developed to meet the customer need -exploring the problem the customer is facing and how they need to solve it, who will use the system and what they will be doing.

You’ll then produce a high-level requirement with supporting documentation to create user stories with project goals and objectives and complete the sizing process alongside the development team to establish a timeline and cost forecast to be agreed with customers.

Once everything is agreed, you will oversee the delivery of the product as Scrum Master, working in 2-week sprints to deliver each element of the project, refining the customer stories along the way and ensuring the final product is delivered on time and to the customers’ approval. You’ll then support customer testing, ensuring any changes are reviewed and getting ready to go live.

**About You**

You’ll be an experienced Product Owner with a background in IT/Software products - a strong leader with a track record of delivering products to customers satisfaction.

You’ll also be a great communicator - you’re customer focussed, confident in managing customers’ expectations and driving Scrum teams to complete projects on time and to cost. Particular expertise in requirement gathering is essential to being successful in this role.

You will have experience of working in Agile delivery, particularly Scrum.

Some knowledge of the Insurance sector would be beneficial (though not essential), as would some experience with Jira and Confluence.

Due to the nature of the role, you are expected to gain and maintain Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3) clearance and therefore it is essential that you have held continuous residency in the UK for the past 3 years.
