**Role Description**:
The Delivery Lead in Service Improvement and Governance team will support the delivery and oversight of a number of processes and functions. The role will support the end to end testing program for the reporting and tooling supplied for Banking Production Services. The role will also deliver training and awareness of our reports and tool set to the user community within Banking Production Services. This role will also maintain project management office functionality to have oversight of and co-ordinate activities that the team own

This role will also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined projects and improvement initiatives, which usually requires engagement from multiple teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

**Primary Responsibilities include**:

- Lead improvement initiatives across the portfolios
- Maintain program management office functionality for the Service Resiliency and Governance team to ensure that all required deliverables are completed on time and to expected standards
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Maintain and develop documentation on processes, projects and improvements

Maintain and develop documentation on testing approach for our reporting and tooling

**The Team**:
The team that this role is part of is growing rapidly to meet the demands of the LOB, delivering core support services to the global Banking Production Support team.

The team is often called upon to solve problems that affects the whole team, and collaboration and problem solving is a central part of the team dynamics.

**Core Skills**:

- Advanced level of MS Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
- Advanced Project Management skills and experience
- Experience collaborating with peers and partners to understand key drivers and needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven communications skills in describing complex data to inform strategic insights and decisions
- Ability to take new assignments and demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail, with proven ability to produce quality work with low margin of error
- Foundational ITSM Remedy Knowledge

Data analytics experience
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
- Experience with regulatory reporting, regulatory exams, and/or audit
- Data Science/Statistical background
