**Role Description**:
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

**The Team**:
Engagement Services is accountable for client engagement, infrastructure solutions delivery, portfolio management, relationship management and enterprise programs for the Global Banking, Markets, Global Markets Operations, and Risk and Compliance lines of business globally.

The team:

- Delivers enterprise-wide programs and transformational initiatives
- Acts as a trusted advisor and clear point of contact to the CIO lines of business
- Delivers end to end infrastructure solutions to support GBAM business priorities
- Manages the initiative budget across GBAM ERF TI

**Core Skills**:

- Formal full end-to-end project management experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery is essential. A background in software project development is desirable.
- Strong project management skills, a proven ability to deliver high-quality technical software development projects on time and within budget, including development of an overall project plan and management of issues/risks and watch items.
- Produce regular, thorough and accurate project status reports written at the appropriate target audience - from technical project team members to Senior Management. Participate in meetings with Senior Management and provide appropriate input and feedback.
- Close liaison with change management, the business community, technical groups within Bank of America globally and external vendors.

**Preferred**
- Experience of working in a large financial organisation.
- Experience of delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of Bank of America’s Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS) and Six Sigma Methodologies.
