We are looking for a fabulous HR generalist that truly believes that good HR practises are intertwined with L&D, understanding the business and has a desire to affect change where it enhances our colleague lifecycle.

Delivering this service revolution as part of our fantastic People team, you’ll be supported as you grow professionally and enhance both your knowledge and experience.

The Role

As a HR Generalist, you will promote the smooth running and development of our famous branded contact centre by partnering with our caring and supportive managers in growing, developing, and scaling our workforce.

You will be integral in helping us to attract and retain talent, supporting the entire recruitment process including writing job adverts, negotiating contracts and making sure that the onboarding is world class.

We know that our colleagues are always developing, and this Company aims to be able to provide pathways to every role in our growing Company. You will be essential to developing tools for assessing development, working with the wider business to ensure every colleague’s potential is fulfilled.

It is essential that you are passionate about L&D and will work in partnership to create an offering that focuses on performance, reward & recognition.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Manage our people data
- Oversee the delivery of company policies
- Support managers with career pathways within their teams
- Advise on all HR activities

About You

**To be considered as a HR Generalist, you will need**:

- At a minimum, a CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Experience of project management
- Experience and familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience and knowledge of employment law and practices
- In-depth knowledge of current learning and development methods
- Good data analysis skills
