**The role in a nutshell**:
**Our HR Generalists help provide support for a great variety of teams and locations across our business. You will be working into our EX Business Partners who can help you learn, develop and grow your career with us.You will be joining a supporting, caring and passionate team who love both helping each other grow and develop HR can also feel pretty lonely and serious at times, so we also love a good giggle and release**:
**What you can expect**:

- Creating and administering employee experience policies and procedures
- Assisting with performance issues
- Ensuring we remain compliant with employment regulations in the locations where we do business, providing HR advice on policies, procedures and legislation
- Assisting leaders with disciplinary matters
- Assisting with any grievances/complaints
- Addressing escalated employee questions
- Facilitating training including new hire onboarding
- Managing immigration and global mobility
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of the employee experience strategy
- Process staff leave requirements including maternity, paternity and annual leave
- Consult on issues related to workplace relations
- Inform employees of their rights and entitlements and keep them up to date on any changes that are made
- Support in training line managers on company and legislative procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Ensure all payroll changes are communicated to payroll department
- Maintain and advise on all employee benefits
- Handle HR matters reliably and confidentially and in accordance with legal requirements
- Comply with Information Security requirements at all times

**The type of person we'd love to meet**:

- Resilience in constantly changing business environments and can work at pace in change programmes
- Ability to analyse data and work on actions plans to proactively tackle any People issues
- Enjoys working in dynamic environments, without all processes + infrastructure in place
- Confidence in HR basics and ability to protect HR parameters in a commercial way
- Solid generalist HR experience
- Knowledge of a variety of HR policies, procedures and programmes
- Ability to deal with all work in a confidential way
- Really good experience working collaboratively across all levels of the business
- Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing agreements and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify development needs in individuals and teams
- Great attention to detail (particularly for contracts)
- Ability to use HR information systems, analyse trends, make recommendations and drive efficiency improvements
- Good understanding of how to become an inclusive and diverse employer

**Desirable**
- CIPD qualified
