**Salary: £42 - £47k FTE dependent on experience**

We are now looking for a pragmatic and self-motivated **HR Consultant** to join our team in North Baddesley, Southampton. You will be providing a full and extensive, reliable and creditable HR provision ranging from Employee Relations and case work through to full Business Partner support in a variety of sector and industries.
**HR Consultant**, the role:
- Training - helping with the design and delivery of a range of HR and people related courses
- Sales and Marketing - using social media to encourage the attraction of new clients and raise the profile of the company as well as promoting our brand; collaborating with Marketing Manager on writing HR-related blogs; representing Pure Human Resources at networking events, promotional meetings and trade fairs
- Internal - managing HR administrative and organisational support for the business and supporting projects and research to facilitate business development; making sure HR e-files are comprehensive and fit for purpose
**HR Consultant**, the person:
- CIPD qualified to level 5
- Previous, proven in-house HR experience gained in any sector (corporate or large employer exposure is essential)
- Ability to manage a variety of priorities and requests from different clients
- Drive and enthusiasm to take on each task and make the process better with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Effective interviewer and facilitator (ideally knowledgeable in competency-based interviewing)
- Personable, friendly and approachable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other IT Systems (such as HR Databases)
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel and work from client sites
Desirable:
- Experience of designing and delivering of training courses
