**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing the full 360° recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to placement and client management
- Proactively developing new business opportunities with clients across your given industry.
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across various platforms
- Meeting and exceeding targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or a sales-driven role - this is not an entry-level position
- A target-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both on the phone and in person
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting
