Personal Assistant

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
**Duties**
- Working on one’s own initiative, to take work from the CEO and directors to free up time.
- To organise and prioritise the daily work plans, managing Outlook diaries for the directors and their direct reports to facilitate meetings.
- To attend any meeting, either with the directors or on behalf of them.
- Ensure full meeting notes and actions are issued to attendees of any meeting
- To ensure that all key actions in the business are delivered by each person responsible ahead of any deadline set.
- To co-ordinate and plan all travel for the directors and buying team. This includes liaising with foreign suppliers and other personnel within the business on weekly trips, booking travel and accommodation.
- Co-ordination and maintenance of business and promotional calendars, liaising with all associated internal and external departments as to deadlines and provision of various material
- Supporting marketing team on proofing promotional material and other activity.
- Collating and filing expenses
- Collating and distributing management information
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
- Ability to perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
