Our client is a supplier of underfloor heating solutions who have been supplying commercial and residential projects across the UK and Ireland for 30 years. Based in Woolpit, they are passionate about offering a professional, honest service and are proudof their high-quality products. They are looking for a like-minded individual to join their team as a **Technical Support Advisor.**

**Technical Support Advisor**

**Up to £28k Basic Salary DOE** | Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm | 40 Hours Per Week | Pension | Underfloor Heating | Technical Customer Support/Administration/Creating a Resource Bank | Professional | Pioneering Technology | 'Can-Do’ Attitude/Team Player

**Duties (to include but are not limited too)**:

- Provide support to colleagues responding to general technical queries or enquiries.
- Liaise with architects, electricians, plumbers and end users to resolve technical issues.
- Understanding of electrical wiring and basic plumbing schematics
- Respond to calls for repairs to existing underfloor heating systems.
- Diagnose problems.
- Liaise with trade customers / end users in respect of OEM products.
- Provide product/technical training for staff as required.
- Explain terms and conditions with the customer as required.
- Pass repairs and heating surveys to the operations team once quote is accepted.
- Arrange for spare parts to be provided / returned.
- Provide the final system design drawings / test sheets for the Repairs team.
- Handle manufacturer claims.
- Schedule end user repairs and send reports.
- Liaise with work colleagues as required.
- Participate in internal / external meetings as requested.
- Identify and meet personal job-related training and development as required.
- Undertake telephone liaison with relevant contacts.
- Provide assistance in terms of general and specific business support as required.

**Person Specification**
- Able to be proactive.
- Technically minded.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Knowledge or experience of mechanical heating services would be beneficial.
- AutoCAD knowledge or experience would be beneficial.
